  Jeremy and Denny (and the other trainers) are great. They help explain the moves and ensure you aren't going to hurt yourself while doing workouts that most people would never have done before. The facility is nice, and they limit the class sizes to ensure that there is plenty of space to move around. Good class times, and it's priced right compared to other crossfit gyms. I'll be stickin' around for a while!
