I used Shelly Nissen when she was with Remax Plaza. I'm not sure why she's no longer with them. I was a first-time homebuyer and subsequently placed more trust into my realtor than maybe others would. Unfortunately, this trust was abused by an unethical and unscrupulous realtor. I'm pretty sure Shelly Nissen understands real estate law, she just seems to skirt it when it works out in her favor (read: her favor, not yours - even if you're her "client"). I would've rated her 0 out of 5 stars, but google only allows a minimum of 1. If you choose to use Shelly Nissen as your realtor, I wish you the best of luck and just hope she has changed her ways...
