  Douglas Lombardo took the time to write a 9 page email with his quote detailing every aspect of replacing our old furnace and A/C - describing in detail the options available and what would or would not work best for our house. No one else came close to this. It made our decision to choose Lombardo's so much easier and provided all the information we needed to do our research.
  
  As Douglas explained, the most important aspect of the whole replacement was ensuring that the installation itself was of the highest standard. After spending 2 1/2 days installing our new system, Mike, their expert technician did not leave out a thing. His care and dedication was superb down to the finest detail. What a pleasure knowing that our system could not have been installed any better and with such care.
  
  I would not hesitate in recommending Lombardo's to anyone - they're great!!
