  Worst experience I've had ever at any optical store. I've been wearing glasses for 52 years. I've never had to wait so long. They told me 9 times that their lab messed up my glasses. They kept saying we don't know when we'll get them. When I finally got them they were to big and to heavy. I went back and chose a smaller more appropriate pair. Brian told me they would go ahead and remake them. 2 hours later I get a call saying Pierre the manager wont approve them for remaking. They made me wait a very long time and waisted a lot of my time you would think they would be glad to take care of me. I now have a pair of glasses I can't wear and I'm out a lot of money and time invested. I've been a business owner in the area for 20 years and I never thought I would see a business like this here in town. Please find somewhere else to trust with such an important purchase.
